This water analysis tests for radon gas. Water from rock-drilled wells always carries a risk of elevated radon levels. Therefore, the radon level in the groundwater should also be checked. If elevated radon levels are present in the water, there is also a risk of health effects from inhaling radon-containing air (for example, when showering).
